ROUNDUP: BASKETS WE LOVE

We love baskets around here! They are great for hiding extra items like blankets, toys, and pillows and we love using them for plants instead of heavy pots. Baskets are also a great way to add some texture and color to your space. I love how the baskets in the entry of our Stunner on Sell project (below) adds texture and a fun pop of black and white to the room. Fun fact: this is also currently our most liked and most pinned image! I’m always getting asked where the baskets are from. Unfortunately these baskets are long sold out, but I have linked up some similar baskets and our current favorites below.

FRIDAY FAVS

Since Valentine's Day is almost here, this week's Friday Favs features some of the items I'm dreaming about this Valentine's Day!  Any of these would make the perfect gift for your loved ones.

1. Rebecca Atwood

One of my favorite fabric designers has come out with a bedding line that is just as amazing as all of her fabrics.  In shades of pinks, blues and grays they are the perfect touch to refresh any bedroom.

2.  Mame Candles

I'm obsessed with any candle Mame Soy Candles comes out with!  Their Love Collection features the yummy Sun Tan Oil Coconut, Amber Vanilla Musk and Red Rose.  They all smell so dreamy I can't pick a favorite.  The best is that they are local so I can pick up one of these candles whenever I need a quick gift or a new scent in my house!

3.  Rose Hibiscus

I recently discovered the Herbivore Botanicals line and so far I love it!  I'll be taking this Rose Hibiscus Hydrating Face Mist with me next week on our trip to the mountains to keep my face hydrated in the cold mountain air.  You can also find it here and here.

4.  Teaspressa

Another local favorite now has a bubblies line as part of their Luxe Sugar Cubes collection.  These are the perfect touch to add to your bubbles! They are having a 3rd Anniversary sale right now and these are 30% off until the 14th. I'll be adding the strawberry to my sparkling water on Valentine's Day (no bubbles for me right now, insert sad face)!

5.  Matilija

I have been dying to install this Lake August wallpaper somewhere since I saw it on the walls at Hollywood at Home and posted about it here.  They just announced this week they are releasing this pattern in a fabric!  I cannot wait to get my hands on this and slap it on a chair!

Before & After: Mr. Mohave Master Bath

I'm so excited to finally reveal the before and afters from our Mr. Mohave Master bath project.  This is way past due considering we finished this project months ago!  Some of you have already seen a few sneak peaks I have posted on Instagram, including the large party room, I mean steam shower!  This project took a few months of planning and 6 months of construction (there were a few items added at the end that caused a few delays) so needless to say all involved in this project put a lot of blood sweat and sleepless nights into this project.  But it was totally worth the wait!  So without further ado I give you Mr Mohave Master Bath...

We moved the shower to the other side of the bathroom and added a side-by-side, his and her vanity, with extra storage in the middle as a divider.  Obviously we know which side is going to be hers!....

We removed the large oh so lovely sunken in tub and added a beautiful modern soaker tub.  Plus added doors and side lights to a future zen garden.  Both made the room much bigger and brighter!

Check out the party room!  This steam shower is also equipped with a fancy mood enhancing, color changing, lighting system!  Isn't it gorgeous?!
